Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: $164,000 to $182,000.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of middleware experts, managing capacity, prioritization, and performance expectations.
• Coordinate delivery and operational support of integration and API solutions, promoting defect-free outcomes and SLA adherence.
• Own full lifecycle of middleware platforms including upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Lead integration and API governance, managing lifecycle, versioning, documentation, and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Partner with architecture, security, infrastructure, product teams, and clients to evolve platforms and meet business needs.
• Adhere to risk frameworks, ensuring platforms meet security, audit, and compliance requirements with timely remediation.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience with integration technologies.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with enterprise integration technologies and shared-service delivery.
• 3+ years in iPaaS, ETL, or ESB environments (e.g., Boomi, Solace).
• Solid understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP) and event-driven architecture.
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
