• Lead end-to-end software development processes, integrating discovery, design, analytics, and agile workflows.
• Improve SDLC, tooling, and design processes for faster, secure delivery.

• Provide technical governance on architecture, security, and compliance.
• Communicate technical updates to stakeholders and contribute to roadmaps.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada required.
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years software development, 2+ years technical leadership/people management.
• Hands-on with backend (Java/Spring Boot), web (React), mobile (React Native), databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), cloud (AWS).
• Strong software architecture, system design, SDLC improvements.
• Agile processes, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
