Location: Remote role residing in the Montreal or Quebec Area (Canada). Up to 50% travel required.

What you will do

• Act as primary point-of-contact for major accounts at executive level, focusing on strategic relationships.
• Sell hirify.global products/services, grow and retain named accounts, ensure customer service.
• Identify/qualify opportunities, address competitive threats, prepare proposals and presentations.
• Lead negotiations, coordinate decision-making, close sales professionally.
• Manage key partner relationships, facilitate communication between customers, hirify.global, and partners.
• Develop account strategies, forecast sales accurately using Salesforce, maintain detailed account profiles.

Requirements

• 8+ years direct experience in relevant account management
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Strong negotiation, closing, solution selling, and presentation skills
• Advanced client interfacing, influencing, and matrix selling experience
• Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably hirify.global
• Ability to work from home office within the Montreal or Quebec Area territory
• Experience with Internet-related software/systems
