What you will do

• Manage school network infrastructure including servers, switches, firewalls, and storage to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee vendor relationships for security, remote backups, VOIP phone services, and internet service providers.
• Perform hardware and software installations for both onsite employees and remote staff.
• Maintain a centralized, auditable inventory and manage the full lifecycle of all technology assets.
• Partner with school management and finance to establish annual technology budgets and control costs.
• Resolve escalated tickets from the IT Service Desk and provide 24/7/365 on-call support.

Requirements

• Three years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Intune, and Entra ID.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 11 OS and computer networking.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time to support Eastern US locations.
• Ability to clear a background check.
