What you will do

• Prospect and acquire new clients by aligning their cybersecurity needs with company solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, including upgrades, renewals, and cross-sells.
• Collaborate with Account Directors and Customer Success teams to maximize customer value.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and sales presentations for prospective customers.
• Work with channel partners to expand the customer pipeline.
• Manage sales activities, proposals, and forecasts within Salesforce.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in tech or cybersecurity.
• Must be based in Australia (Canberra).
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and a desire to grow in a sales role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
