What you will do
- Execute outbound prospecting into target accounts through calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Research and map accounts, stakeholders, and industry dynamics to identify new leads
- Generate and qualify net-new leads and early-stage pipeline using structured approaches like BANT
- Partner with Strategic Account Managers and collaborate with marketing and SMEs to improve campaign effectiveness
- Track and manage outbound activity and lead progression using Outreach and Salesforce
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, with a strong preference for Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Petroleum) or Business majors
- Early career professional with 2 years or less of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Must be based in Singapore
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to master complex industrial topics
- Proficiency in modern sales tools: Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Resilient hunter mindset with the grit to handle high-volume rejection
