What you will do
- Act as primary point-of-contact for Deutsche Telekom (including T-Systems), maintaining high-level executive relationships focused on strategic and operational aspects.
- Support opportunities with Vodafone Germany and Telefonica Germany infrastructure, depending on experience.
- Identify, qualify long-term/short-term business opportunities, address competitive threats, and drive Managed Security Services embedding technology.
- Coordinate account strategy with sales support teams (inside sales, systems engineering, management) and ensure accurate sales forecasting via Salesforce.
- Develop product applications addressing customer business needs, influence at senior executive/board levels, and facilitate strategic/tactical communications.
Requirements
- Significant direct experience with DT (Telekom Deutschland/T-Systems) and other strategic service providers
- Specialized knowledge in networking products, service provider infrastructure, managed services; portfolio (Big-IP, Distributed Cloud, NGINX) advantageous
- Experience in cloud business/transformation, Kubernetes, hyperscale, SaaS sales, security solutions
- Project management skills, strategic understanding of service providers, excellent negotiation/closing/presentation abilities
- Ability to work from home office within Germany territory; willingness for face-to-face customer meetings and up to 60% travel
- Bachelor's degree preferred
