What you will do

• Participate in scaled Agile team to refine strategic requirements into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Produce high-quality, reliable, performant, and fault-tolerant code for business objectives.
• Debug integration and performance issues across support, development, security, and product teams.
• Adhere to security best practices, compliance, and stay current with cloud-native and SaaS trends.
• Communicate effectively in Agile ceremonies and demonstrate technical leadership by coaching team members.

Requirements

• English: C1 (advanced) required for interactions with international clients
• French: A1 (advanced)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; 8-12 years experience or advanced degree with less.
• Strong cloud-native technologies, RESTful APIs design/implementation, container orchestration.
• Experience with databases (MongoDB, Postgres, MSSQL), languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python, Lua), JS frameworks (Angular, React), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), cloud (Azure, Docker, Kubernetes), OS (Windows, Linux).
• Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum), object-oriented design, debugging, self-directed project management, technical leadership.
