What you will do

  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid search campaigns across various business types and industries.
  • Perform daily optimizations and high-level strategy changes based on campaign data and sources of truth like GA and Shopify.
  • Collaborate with account leadership to evolve media mix strategies and provide forward-thinking insights to clients.
  • Manage keyword research, ad copy development, and bid optimizations.
  • Utilize AI technologies and the Nova ecosystem to enhance business processes and workflow.
  • Participate in department scrums and contribute to the development of new training materials.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
  • Significant experience with Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google/Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Must be based in Nicaragua.
