What you will do

• Execute paid media strategy across search, social, display, and video channels to optimize CAC and LTV.
• Develop and implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks, Brand Lift studies, and geo-testing to validate incrementality.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate data insights into high-performing creative assets.
• Monitor the full conversion funnel and manage multi-million dollar media budgets with technical precision.
• Present campaign performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Partner with platform representatives to implement new ad features and Alpha/Beta tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance campaigns.
• Technical mastery of Meta, Google, and TikTok ad platforms.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling multi-million dollar media budgets.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms like Amplitude, Google Analytics, and BI tools.
• Advanced English level required.
