Senior Corporate Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Develop, calibrate, and implement group-wide corporate strategies, business models, operating models, and strategic action plans.
• Lead strategy execution processes, including reviews and steering at top management level.
• Initiate and lead international strategic projects with business units and senior leadership.
• Advise business units and functional teams on strategy development and implementation.
• Design and facilitate virtual and in-person workshops while managing internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Ensure quality, goal achievement, and effective stakeholder management across the organization.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate strategy and/or strategy consulting.
• Proven success in developing strategies and leading strategic initiatives through implementation.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary and intercultural teams independently in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, and interpersonal skills, including direct work with top management.
• Fluent Business English required. German and other languages are advantageous.
