What you will do

• Help clients shape and transform operations to achieve strategic goals and sustainable business performance.
• Advise across supply chain, value sourcing, manufacturing and MRO, service operations, and innovation and product development.
• Apply industry- and discipline-specific expertise to deliver measurable transformation results.
• Build lasting relationships with clients at all levels.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an entrepreneurial, non-competitive partnership.
• Travel as required for client engagements.

Requirements

• 4–9 years of relevant experience in an operations area such as engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of relevant sectors including automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, energy, process industries, or financial services.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
