Transportation & Advanced Industrials – Senior Consultant & Associate (m/f/d) – Germany

Location: Germany; hybrid working with mobile work and regular in-person office anchor days where required.

What you will do

• Deliver strategy consulting engagements for transportation and advanced industrial clients.
• Structure complex problems, conduct sophisticated analyses, synthesize findings, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Senior Consultants own major workstreams from problem definition through recommendation development.
• Associates break complex problems into tasks, direct junior consultants, and manage small project teams.
• Collaborate with clients and senior colleagues while presenting insights and supporting project delivery.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, a strategy department, or in-house consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation and advanced industrial sectors.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, communication, and recommendation-development skills.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel and work collaboratively in a project environment.
