What you will do

• Develop and continuously refine the innovation strategy in line with organizational objectives and growth opportunities.
• Assess market trends, emerging technologies, and new business opportunities across core, adjacent, and disruptive innovation areas.
• Lead innovation portfolio planning, initiative prioritization, funding decisions, investment governance, and stage-gate processes.
• Establish governance structures, decision-making frameworks, performance metrics, transparency, and risk management processes.
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term technology roadmaps and align technology investments with strategic priorities.
• Engage business leaders, technology experts, start-ups, research institutions, and senior management through executive communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, technology management, innovation management, or a related field.
• Professional experience with technologies related to the Transformation of Industry business and significant experience in innovation, strategy, trend analysis, foresight, or technology management.
• Track record of developing innovation strategies, technology roadmaps, and leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, executive presentation, and business acumen skills.
• Experience in complex project management, change management, organizational transformation, and influencing decisions across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Initiative, delivery focus, leadership impact, and the ability to drive collaboration and innovation adoption.
