What you will do

• Define and execute product enablement and training strategies across presales and post-sales GTM.
• Create engaging and scalable training content, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, and certifications.
• Partner with product teams to maintain an accurate help center, knowledge base, and customer-facing documentation.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for sales, support, and customer success teams.
• Translate product roadmaps and positioning into coordinated GTM execution.
• Define and track success metrics such as time-to-proficiency, adoption rates, and NPS.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in product enablement, GTM enablement, or a similar role.
• Expertise in curriculum design grounded in adult learning principles.
• Strong technical acumen to grasp complex AI/ML products and translate them for various audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and tracking enablement ROI.
• Proven track record in high-growth environments.
• Must be based in the San Francisco office.

Nice to have

• Experience enabling teams selling AI/ML, infrastructure, or document processing products.
• Proficiency with LMS (e.g., Sana), content management (e.g., Seismic, Highspot), and conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong).
• Experience building an enablement function from scratch at an early-stage startup.
• Thoughtful use of AI in personal workflows to amplify output quality.
