What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value proposition.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer success teams.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and provide sales forecasts and reports.
- Represent the company at industry events and stay updated on market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years progressive B2B sales experience, preferably in database industry.
- Excellent evangelism skills and ability to communicate complex technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of database technologies, storage systems, and data management.
- Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
