What you will do

• Support management of agile release schedules across programmes, projects, squads, and infrastructure teams.
• Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and change concentration across releases and pipelines.
• Enforce change and release standards pragmatically while managing CI/CD environments and pipelines.
• Coordinate deployments for mobile applications and multi-platform implementations.
• Contribute to best practices, processes, reporting, and knowledge management for releases.
• Support release readiness reviews, issue resolution, and test environment maintenance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban in large complex environments; knowledge of SAFe and release trains.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, development lifecycles, release/project delivery, and technology architecture.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Jira/Confluence; good knowledge of MS Office tools; Financial Services industry experience.
• Ability to apply process improvements, manage risks, and introduce efficiencies.
