What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data science, ML, product, and technical operations roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and design structured interview processes.
• Proactively source top technical talent via GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche technical communities.
• Advise technical leaders on market trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring strategies.
• Develop and scale technical interview frameworks, assessment approaches, and hiring rubrics.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth tech or startups.
• Proven track record of hiring senior engineers, ML practitioners, and technical product managers.
• Advanced sourcing skills using GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search.
• Technical literacy to conduct credible conversations with engineers and assess role-fit.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
