What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts across KSA, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and retention.
- Align with customer stakeholders to define strategic objectives and track business outcome metrics.
- Advise customers on leveraging the platform to implement data science projects from design to production.
- Utilize adoption and health analytics to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services teams to champion customer needs and unlock growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and the competitive landscape to guide customer strategy.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and native Arabic are a must-have.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Proven track record managing accounts ranging from $200k to multi-million dollar ARR.
- Expertise with retention KPIs such as GDR, NDR, Logo Retention, NPS, and CSAT.
- Ability to effectively engage and present to stakeholders from Analysts to C-level executives.
- Must be based in Saudi Arabia to work with customers across KSA.

- Working knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Experience working within hyper-growth, product-based technology companies.
