What you will do

• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process for open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify and utilize the most effective avenues for candidate sourcing.
• Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate skill sets and company fit.
• Provide strategic thought partnership to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Manage and optimize the candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a complementary field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting (preferred).
• Experience with the full life cycle recruiting process.
• Proficiency with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of creative sourcing techniques and professional networks.
