Location: Remote (United States); primarily working from home while covering the Colorado and Wyoming territories.
Salary: Annual Salary USD 204,500 - 397,500

What you will do
- Serve as the primary account lead and trusted advisor for state government and higher-education customers in Colorado and Wyoming.
- Develop and execute multi-year account plans focused on network modernization, cloud enablement, and AI/edge infrastructure.
- Manage full-cycle sales efforts, from discovery through close, including the navigation of complex RFP/RFQ cycles.
- Collaborate with SEs, channel partners, and distributors to deliver comprehensive networking and security solutions.
- Build and maintain senior IT and executive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in technology sales or account management.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies, including data center switching, WAN, Wi-Fi, and security.
- Proven ability to manage complex accounts and multi-stakeholder selling cycles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be based in the United States to support the designated regional territories.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into SLED, public sector, or higher education markets.
- Experience with HPE Networking, Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, or similar vendors.
- Familiarity with HPE GreenLake or other consumption-based as-a-service (aaS) models.
- Knowledge of higher-education procurement cycles and grant-based budget planning.
