Location: Onsite in Santa Monica, CA (4 days per week)

Salary: $87,480 – $161,910 per year

What you will do

• Drive strategy and execution of performance marketing, UA, and paid media for Call of Duty: Mobile.
• Partner with Mobile Analytics and Data Science to define and optimize critical business metrics.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on cohort performance, marketing channels, and creative assets.
• Source new acquisition channels and analyze tech toolsets to improve paid media efficiency.
• Manage complex A/B testing for localization, content, and regions to enhance ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure UA strategy completion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing performance marketing and paid media campaigns.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and optimize multi-million dollar acquisition budgets.
• Experience driving growth specifically within the mobile sector.
• Ability to report quantitative and qualitative performance results to an executive audience.
• Understanding of Insertion Order/PO setup, budget tracking, and invoicing.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Santa Monica, CA office.
