TL;DR

Manager, Global Product Marketing (Gamedev): Driving marketing initiatives to fuel NBA hirify.global’s evolution with an accent on player engagement, retention, and exploring new markets. Focus on connecting product, creative, and player services teams to turn data-driven insights into enhanced player experiences.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in Novato, CA, working onsite 3 days a week)

Salary: $108,900 – $161,160

What you will do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create product positioning that supports players throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with developers, product, and commercial leads to launch marketing workstreams for new in-game technologies.
  • Guide the briefing process for new products, ensuring assets across CRM, social, and in-game channels resonate with the community.
  • Streamline content delivery to ensure messages are timely, relevant, and high-impact.
  • Build authentic relationships across Product, Creative, Player Services, and Development teams to execute ambitious ideas.

Requirements

  • Professional background in video game marketing with a genuine interest in the NBA hirify.global ecosystem and live-service gaming.
  • Deep knowledge of professional and collegiate basketball culture.
  • Ability to interpret data and telemetry to build actionable marketing plans and strategic stories.
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing tools or project management platforms like Monday.com or Miro.
  • Must be based in Novato, CA and able to work onsite 3 days a week.
