Total Compensation: $94,500 - $115,500

What you will do
- Act as the primary strategic lead and point of contact for assigned client relationships.
- Lead campaign strategy, planning, and activation across Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and Online Video.
- Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and strategic narratives for stakeholders.
- Manage and mentor a team of 1-3 Senior Analysts and Analysts to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee campaign execution in collaboration with internal channel specialists, ad operations, and creative teams.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and overall campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital media planning, activation, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, SA360, DV360, or The Trade Desk.
- Strong understanding of performance KPIs, attribution methodologies, and audience targeting.
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in working with large datasets and Excel.
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills for managing day-to-day client relations.
- Must be based in Philadelphia for on-site and remote hybrid work.
