What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize hands-on paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads, focusing on audience strategy, creative testing, and budget pacing to drive Amazon and retail sales.
  • Oversee Amazon ads agency, manage Sponsored Products/Brands/Display/DSP, set ACOS/TACOS targets, and align with promotional plans and inventory.
  • Shape catalog assortment for paid channels using ROAS, conversion, and margin data; identify PDP optimization opportunities.
  • Own multi-million-dollar budget forecasting, pacing, reallocation, dashboards, and KPI reporting for social and ecommerce.
  • Lead agency relationships, cross-functional partnerships with brand, sales, and ops teams, and evaluate new channels like YouTube or CTV.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in performance marketing, paid media, growth, or ecommerce, ideally consumer/CPG.
  • Hands-on experience building/optimizing Meta and TikTok Ads campaigns, including strategy, audiences, and sales correlation.
  • Experience managing Amazon ads program (direct or agency), with grasp of ACOS/TACOS and ad types.
  • Strong analytics, platform reporting, spreadsheets, and communication to stakeholders.
  • Comfort with multi-million budgets and real-time decisions; curious, collaborative mindset.
  • Occasional travel (~5%); remote requires regular travel to Minnesota HQ.

Nice to have

  • Experience in toys/games/entertainment or retail media (Target, Walmart).
  • Exposure to programmatic DSP, YouTube Shopping, or in-housing media capabilities.
