Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, excluding Hawaii)
Salary: $129,965 – $145,255

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end execution of activation campaigns to drive patient starts from employer partners.
- Optimize conversion touchpoints through rigorous A/B testing and data-driven initiatives.
- Automate workflows using AI and MarTech tools to increase team capacity.
- Develop scalable playbooks for employer activation.
- Partner with Analytics to report on conversion rates and incrementality.
- Align marketing efforts with Commercial and Sales teams to close funnel gaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Growth, or Operations focusing on user activations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and SFDC.
- Experience in B2B marketing or account management, preferably with enterprise clients.
- Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content versioning and campaign operations.
- Background in the healthcare ecosystem, specifically employer-sponsored benefits or EAPs.
- Experience using ICE or RICE frameworks for prioritizing experiments.
