Focus on automating workflows with AI/MarTech tools, scaling playbooks, and optimizing the activation roadmap through rigorous A/B testing.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States, excluding Hawaii)

Salary: $129,965 – $145,255

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of activation campaigns to drive patient starts from employer partners.
  • Optimize conversion touchpoints through rigorous A/B testing and data-driven initiatives.
  • Automate workflows using AI and MarTech tools to increase team capacity.
  • Develop scalable playbooks for employer activation.
  • Partner with Analytics to report on conversion rates and incrementality.
  • Align marketing efforts with Commercial and Sales teams to close funnel gaps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Growth, or Operations focusing on user activations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and SFDC.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or account management, preferably with enterprise clients.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for content versioning and campaign operations.
  • Background in the healthcare ecosystem, specifically employer-sponsored benefits or EAPs.
  • Experience using ICE or RICE frameworks for prioritizing experiments.
