Salary: $220,000-300,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Identify and recruit AI/ML vendors for bidirectional referrals and co-marketing.
• Lead presence in AWS, Azure, GCP marketplaces and manage distributor/VAR relationships.
• Build joint solutions with GSIs and AI consultancies for enterprise AI lifecycle.
• Scale partnerships to drive growth without headcount expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, DevRel, and Marketing to integrate leads.

Requirements

• 7+ years in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth; 2+ years at senior/leadership level
• AI/ML domain expertise and understanding of infrastructure market.
• Proven track record with cloud marketplaces and system integrators.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Player-coach mentality for strategy and hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; successful background check
