What you will do
- Manage 75-120 dealer accounts through a consultative approach to ensure loyalty and retention.
- Lead in-person launch meetings, conduct training sessions, and perform pre-live audits via HubSpot.
- Execute 45-day check-in touchpoints and 90-day ROI-focused account reviews for decision makers.
- Provide technical support and backend configuration updates to ensure platform functionality.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams on upsell opportunities and account updates.
- Document all client interactions and changes within the HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- Proven track record in automotive sales with a focus on digital solutions.
- Strong understanding of chat and digital retailing technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel 75% monthly within the assigned region.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for effective account management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
