What you will do

  • Manage 75-120 dealer accounts through a consultative approach to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Lead in-person launch meetings, conduct training sessions, and perform pre-live audits via HubSpot.
  • Execute 45-day check-in touchpoints and 90-day ROI-focused account reviews for decision makers.
  • Provide technical support and backend configuration updates to ensure platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams on upsell opportunities and account updates.
  • Document all client interactions and changes within the HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in automotive sales with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Strong understanding of chat and digital retailing technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 75% monthly within the assigned region.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for effective account management.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
