What you will do

• Own the content calendar across multiple brands and manage the Asana content board.
• Write social media captions, Mailchimp EDMs, blogs, and long-form website content via WordPress and Squarespace.
• Lead international export marketing activities and ensure alignment with grant compliance.
• Manage promotional activities for events and coordinate collaborative promotions with external partners.
• Directly manage the Marketing & Design Assistant, providing briefs, feedback, and quality control.
• Produce monthly performance reports and track KPIs to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing management, content strategy, or a senior copywriting role.
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different brands.
• Strong experience in international marketing or managing activities for grant compliance.
• Proficiency in digital tools including Asana, Mailchimp, WordPress, Squarespace, and social media platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing creative teams or assistants.
• Availability to work during Sydney (SYD) business hours.

Nice to have
