Team Leader (Delivery Management): Leading and managing a team based in Abu Dhabi to drive overall performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs with an accent on operational excellence and client delivery. Focus on driving the team to achieve high-quality results and meeting strict performance targets.

Location: Onsite in Abu Dhabi (5 days per week presence required)

Must be based in or able to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
Proven experience in team leadership and managing performance metrics.
