What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of trade product and platform enhancements, including process digitisation and automation.
• Translate strategic change objectives into governed initiatives across trade systems and operating models.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, quality, and control requirements.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across complex, multi-system initiatives.
• Provide structured delivery reporting and governance materials for senior management and steering forums.
• Ensure all initiatives are delivered in compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and operational control standards.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National.
• At least 6 years of experience in Banking or Financial Services with a focus on Trade Finance or Transaction Banking transformation.
• Proven experience in trade digitisation or platform modernisation projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
• Strong understanding of Trade Operations, Controls, and Regulatory Considerations.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder environments and influence outcomes across business and technology functions.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile delivery certifications.
