What you will do

• Facilitate discovery sessions to decompose business objectives into precise technical specifications and architectural requirements.
• Manage multi-quarter roadmaps, establishing clear communication cadences and RACI matrices for stakeholders.
• Ensure AI deployments are production-ready by focusing on observability, incident response, and security compliance.
• Navigate complex financial services landscapes, including data privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the delivery of AI-powered features, integrating model deployment and feedback loops into the application lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership regarding delivery risks and milestones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services sector with deep knowledge of banking security and compliance.
• Proven track record of leading complex delivery programs for cloud-based web or mobile applications.
• Direct experience with SOC or NOC workflows.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure or AWS) and AI service consumption.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical business partners.
• Experience leading teams through the cultural shift of adopting AI-driven workflows.
