What you will do

• Lead and manage Technical Delivery teams, including engineers and project managers.
• Develop and execute Technical Delivery plans aligned with company business and technological goals.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Implement project management best practices, including agile methodologies and tools.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and implement feedback mechanisms for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE National
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, AI, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex AI projects and leading technical teams.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and proficiency in project management software.
