Salary: $143,640 - $235,600 annually

What you will do
- Engage in product planning: clarify business requirements, define product specs, analyze data, research use cases, and specify workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations to align schedules, tests, and feature delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform platform improvements.
- Define product roadmap for seller finance and settlement services.
- Prepare documentation including PRDs, data mappings, functional logic, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor metrics, evaluate technologies, and identify innovation opportunities.
Requirements
- Master’s or foreign equivalent in CS, Engineering, IT, Business Management, Quantitative Management, Analytics, or related + 1 year experience; OR Bachelor’s + 3 years.
- 1 year in project management with cross-functional teams for data-driven strategies.
- 1 year in user research, competitor/market analysis, UX surveys, and transforming needs into requirements.
- 1 year analyzing user behavior data, revenue impact, and designing adoption funnels.
- 1 year interfacing with leaders to present product documents, strategies, timelines.
- Experience with Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map.
