Salary: $101,700 - $157,200

What you will do

• Collaborate with mission stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for AI/ML integration.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for AI/ML solutions to ensure alignment with agency objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis to determine where automation and predictive analytics can enhance mission workflows.
• Translate business requirements into AI/ML models and workflows in coordination with data scientists and architects.
• Analyze existing mission processes and recommend AI-driven optimizations.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with technical teams for refinement.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen or pass clearance (must have lived in the US for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years with a valid passport/VISA).
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Federal Public Trust security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in business process modeling (BPMN) and requirement documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for data storytelling and translating technical concepts for stakeholders.

• Familiarity with gap analysis and workflow optimization for AI-driven processes.
• Understanding of machine learning workflows, predictive analytics, and model validation.
