Location: Remote (US). Must be operating within the Eastern time zone (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Salary: $101,700 - $157,200

What you will do

• Collaborate with mission stakeholders to identify operational challenges and opportunities for AI/ML integration.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements for AI/ML solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis to determine where automation and predictive analytics can enhance mission workflows.
• Work with data scientists and architects to translate business requirements into AI/ML models.
• Define success metrics and performance indicators for AI/ML initiatives.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with technical teams for refinement.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to hold a U.S. Federal Public Trust security clearance.
• Must be available to work Eastern time zone hours.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in business analysis and business process modeling (BPMN).
• Expertise with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for data storytelling.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with gap analysis and workflow optimization for AI-driven processes.
• Understanding of machine learning workflows and model validation.
