What you will do
- Investigate support tickets, surface customer pain points and insights to product team.
- Plan and execute user research including interviews, usability tests, and surveys; present recommendations.
- Drive product launch readiness, prepare customer care teams, create feedback channels.
- Manage transactional communications: draft emails/pushes, audit performance, secure approvals.
- Build operational playbooks, SOPs, educate agents on product features.
- Leverage AI for automating workflows and decision-making; partner with data science for insights.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product operations, CX operations, or customer-facing role at consumer tech/fintech
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership, business acumen, analytical skills in financial services/regulated industry
- Manage multiple workstreams in fast-changing environment
- Formulate/present analyses to technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration, communication, organization skills
