What you will do

• Investigate support tickets, surface customer pain points and insights to product team.
• Plan and execute user research including interviews, usability tests, and surveys; present recommendations.
• Drive product launch readiness, prepare customer care teams, create feedback channels.
• Manage transactional communications: draft emails/pushes, audit performance, secure approvals.
• Build operational playbooks, SOPs, educate agents on product features.
• Leverage AI for automating workflows and decision-making; partner with data science for insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years in product operations, CX operations, or customer-facing role at consumer tech/fintech
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD, or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership, business acumen, analytical skills in financial services/regulated industry
• Manage multiple workstreams in fast-changing environment
• Formulate/present analyses to technical/non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration, communication, organization skills
