What you will do

• Provide legal support for day-to-day operations of the hirify.global Consumer Services business.
• Advise on legal matters regarding financial wellness, credit education, and identity protection products.
• Interpret and assess financial services, consumer protection, and data privacy laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal risk assessments and regulatory reviews for new product features and marketing initiatives.
• Draft and negotiate complex agreements, including strategic alliances and FinTech partnerships.
• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide proactive legal guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in a large law firm or in-house setting.
• Experience with financial services and FinTech regulations and transactions.
• Experience handling matters for highly regulated industries.
• JD degree and license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
• Must be authorized to work in the US
