What you will do

• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage a team of 50+ skilled trades employees and plant services.
• Maintain facility reliability through the PM program, including testing, repairing, and replacing faulty components.
• Support quality, production, safety, and DOS programs to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee housekeeping, safety standards, and general maintenance of the plant.
• Manage daily timekeeping, work orders, and all maintenance program records.
• Ensure all equipment is in safe working order and complies with local and federal codes and regulations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (or 5+ years with advanced technical skills).
• In-depth knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), predictive/preventive maintenance, and proven effectiveness in MTTF/MTBF reductions.
• Technical experience at a Journeymen level.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Kanban.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage risk factors.
• Ability to work off-shift, overtime, and weekends as required.
