What you will do

• Lead the operation of shredding, grinding, extruding, and pelletizing equipment for recycled polyethylene production.
• Maintain machine settings within Standard Operating Condition parameters and ensure safety characteristics are met.
• Achieve and report scheduled output production rates while reporting non-conforming products immediately.
• Perform and document preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain 5S standards in all work areas to ensure an organized and safe environment.
• Assist and train co-workers to foster effective teamwork and operational consistency.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; immigration visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and problem-solving skills for process-related issues.
• Proficiency in basic math, reading, and writing.
• Ability to wear safety equipment (earplugs and safety glasses) and work in loud, hot, or humid environments.
