What you will do

• Review and analyze borrower credit, employment, income, and assets prior to underwriting.
• Assemble and organize complete loan packages for submission.
• Verify application accuracy and prepare loan approval summaries (Forms 1008 and 1003).
• Communicate with loan originators, customers, and underwriters to collect missing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with mortgage regulations including RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Reg B.
• Manage loan pipelines and submit required reports within set turnaround times.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ residential mortgage experience.
• Experience with RESPA regulations and Encompass software.
• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows.
• Ability to work according to Pacific Time zone hours.
