What you will do

  • Own technical strategy on largest enterprise deals ($250K+ ARR) from discovery to close and handoff
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite (CTO, CIO, COO) and drive executive technical decisions
  • Lead discovery sessions, architect scalable multi-product solutions, and execute POCs/pilots
  • Handle competitive positioning including RFPs, battle cards, and objection handling
  • Represent at conferences, mentor SEs, and contribute to go-to-market and product strategy
  • Maintain demo environment, reference architecture, and surface customer insights to roadmap

Requirements

  • 8+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise sales engineering
  • Deep Salesforce expertise including Health Cloud, ISV/managed packages; advanced certifications/Superbadges
  • Track record architecting enterprise solutions for C-suite
  • Executive communication skills: storytelling, presenting, thought leadership
  • Full pre-sales motion: discovery, POC, business case, security/procurement
  • Experience with enterprise security reviews, procurement, compliance
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, CS, MIS or equivalent
