What you will do

• Build and maintain reliable people data systems and ensure accurate data flows across tools.
• Develop dashboards for key metrics including hiring, attrition, performance, and compensation.
• Automate core people processes such as onboarding, mobility, and offboarding using scalable workflows.
• Conduct workforce analysis on headcount, organizational design, and pay equity.
• Enable self-service reporting for leadership to inform strategic human capital decisions.
• Design and optimize operational processes to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Significant experience in people analytics, HRIS administration, or compensation analysis.
• Ability to write SQL queries and work with data extraction tools.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Workday).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n or Hex.
• Must be based in Argentina.

• Direct experience with Rippling.
• Proficiency in leveraging generative AI to increase output quality and speed.
