Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 total cash compensation

What you will do

• Design and maintain Zapier workflows to connect HR systems and eliminate manual handoffs.
• Build Claude-powered automations for onboarding, offboarding, and employee communications.
• Develop AI agents to generate personalized content and support manager self-service.
• Build and iterate on Claude Projects, including prompt libraries and structured research workflows.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring HRIS data integrity and process documentation.
• Partner with HRBPs to execute people programs and ensure operational follow-through.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or People ops.
• Hands-on experience building structured workflows and multi-step automations using Claude (Anthropic).
• Advanced Zapier experience including conditional logic and API integrations.
• Familiarity with mid-market HR systems like Workday, BambooHR, or Rippling.
• Experience building AI communities of practice or AI Guilds.
