Location: Hybrid role based in Europe (Germany/Netherlands). Successful candidates must be based in Europe and available to travel to regional offices across Germany, Netherlands, Romania, and Denmark throughout the year.

What you will do

  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of European employee data within BambooHR.
  • Administer leave types and coordinate with payroll for Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, and Romania.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including offer letters, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries regarding policies and employment.
  • Analyze regional data from exit interviews and engagement surveys to drive improvements.
  • Implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to streamline HR workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in tech or SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR preferred).
  • Familiarity with labor laws in at least one European market (Dutch, German, or Romanian is an advantage).
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch or German language skills are a strong asset.
  • Must be based in Europe and willing to travel to regional offices throughout the year.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • HR certification in progress (e.g., PHRi, CIPD).
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
