Salary: $132,000 — $181,500 USD / $114,000 — $157,300 CAD

What you will do

• Create "Vibe Marketing" tools and agentic layers allowing non-technical stakeholders to manage content via natural language.
• Prototype and deploy AI agent co-pilots to handle automated tagging, metadata, and distribution across a headless ecosystem.
• Architect modular, reusable content structures to reduce time-to-live and bypass traditional CMS constraints.
• Run rapid experiments and build scrappy prototypes using emerging AI tools and automation platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Digital teams to turn agentic concepts into production-ready workflows.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience working with content supply chains and legacy CMS architectures.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, MCP, LLM orchestration, and connecting tools to create automation loops.
• Technical fluency in structured content and data flow between headless CMS, LLMs, and front-end systems.
• Ability to shift from executing manual tasks to directing AI agents.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Chicago, or Toronto.
