Salary: USD $188,000 – $304,200 per year

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Advertising’s Smart Bidding products.
• Integrate AI-first thinking into the overall product strategy to drive measurable ROI for advertisers.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance to design high-value solutions.
• Manage senior stakeholders and influence leadership to align on product direction.
• Define and track OKRs and KPIs to measure and optimize product success.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execute successful product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development (or equivalent experience).
• Deep expertise in AI/ML and a proven ability to integrate these into product strategy.
• Strong technical background in APIs, infrastructure, and AI modeling.
• Proven track record of defining product visions that drive significant business impact.
• Must live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S.
