Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Advertising’s Smart Bidding products.
• Design AI-driven, scalable advertising products that deliver measurable ROI for advertisers.
• Partner closely with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance to maximize advertiser value.
• Integrate AI-first thinking into the product strategy.
• Define and track OKRs and KPIs to measure and drive significant business impact.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execute product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Deep AI/ML expertise and a proven ability to integrate AI-first thinking into strategy.
• Solid technical background in APIs, infrastructure, and AI modeling.
• Proven track record of defining product vision that drives business impact.
• Expert stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Must be based in the US (Redmond area) and adhere to the 4-day-per-week in-office requirement.
