Location: Redmond, United States. Employees living within a 50-mile commute are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: $139,900 – $274,800 (Standard US) / $188,000 – $304,200 (SF/NY)

What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Smart Bidding products within Microsoft Advertising.
• Design solutions to maximize advertiser value by partnering with Data Science, Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
• Integrate AI-first thinking into product strategy to build scalable advertising products.
• Manage senior stakeholders and influence leadership to drive significant business impact.
• Establish and track OKRs and KPIs to measure product success and ROI.
• Lead go-to-market planning and execute product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development.
• Deep AI/ML expertise and the ability to integrate AI-driven thinking into product strategy.
• Solid technical background in APIs, infrastructure, and AI modeling.
• Proven track record of defining product visions that result in measurable business growth.
• Expert-level stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Redmond, US office (minimum 4 days per week).
