Location: Redmond, United States. Employees living within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.
Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (U.S. base pay range), with a higher range of USD $188,000 – $304,200 per year for San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.

What you will do
- Understand gaps and opportunities in Search Experiences through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Keep pace with emerging standards and leverage learnings to improve the product roadmap across desktop, mobile, and app categories.
- Proactively identify and manage scenario backlog, ensuring partner dependencies are delivered timely.
- Define and drive experimentation plans to ensure statistically meaningful conclusions.
- Partner with key internal and external partners to develop joint product plans, gather feedback, and manage dependencies.
- Actively drive and present product plans, reviews, demos, and competitive analyses to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, product market fit, launch).
- 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market.
- 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience.
