Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote (Must be based in a state or province where hirify.global is registered in the USA or Canada)

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 (CAD/USD)

What you will do

• Drive the product portfolio strategy for AI-powered workflows and communication infrastructure.
• Translate complex technical infrastructure into clear business and customer value.
• Partner with Engineering to manage technical trade-offs and requirements from discovery to launch.
• Collaborate with Marketing on GTM strategy and developer-facing narratives for AI tools.
• Conduct discovery with developers and enterprise customers via betas and feedback loops.
• Manage the launch and documentation lifecycle to ensure a high-quality developer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with technical products.
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering on technical risks and trade-offs.
• Background in software engineering or demonstrated builder experience.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be located in a state or province where hirify.global is registered.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AI-powered features, LLMs, RAG, or embeddings.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 in a professional or personal capacity.
• Experience working with API platforms or infrastructure products.
